Deposits, Balance and Cancellations

DEPOSIT:   £50.00

The full hire charge is to be paid at the time of booking if it less than the required £50 deposit.

A refundable deposit of £100 must be paid with the balance that is due 4 weeks prior to the date of the function. This will be refunded within 28days following the function provided that the premises have been left in a satisfactory and clean condition. (See Conditions of Hire No. 5)

BALANCE:

To be paid 4 weeks prior to the date of hire (details are available on the Confirmation of Hire page)

CANCELLATION:

A  cancellation must be made before the balance is due otherwise the Hirer is liable for the full hire charge.

Booking deposits cannot be refunded.
