DEPOSIT: £100 CASH (Refundable)
Along with a Completed Booking Form, a £100.00 (CASH) Deposit is to be paid to secure the Booking. The full cost should be paid by BACS at least one calendar month before the event date.
This will be refunded on the following Wednesday evening, provided the premises have been left in satisfactory condition. (See Conditions of Hire No. 5).
CANCELLATION:
To be made before full cost is due, otherwise the Hirer may be liable for full cost of the booking.
